Capacities range from 9 to 24K BTU’s cooling with up to 10.0kW Electric Heat. Available Dr. PTAC (EZ VR) option for up to 55CFM of continuously conditioned make up air for improved room air quality. Available for new construction or replacement of GE and Friedrich Vertical Units.

New UVC Light Strip Available for all Islandaire PTACs

Maintains a clean PTAC free from mold and microbial growth, improves indoor air quality, and is effective against a range of viruses and bacteria. Can be field added to existing Islandaire PTACs or installed by the factory on new units.

GPS brand Ionization Systems Available for Islandaire PTACs

Patented technology produces a high concentration of positive and negative ions, delivering them to the space via the ventilation system. Within the air stream, ions attach to particles, where they combine, become larger and are more easily filtered from the air. When ions come in contact with pathogens, they disrupt the pathogens’ surface proteins, rendering them inactive.
